Not a reseller and not a middleman. HARTIS Strength specifies every machine, runs its own quality programme, holds the technical file and carries the warranty and spare parts inside the EU.
For a gym owner or dealer that means one accountable company — registered in Estonia — from the first floor plan to year ten of the frame warranty. When a bearing fails in year four, you call people who answer.

A “ten-year warranty” is worth nothing if it does not say what it covers. Ours is written per component, and the parts are standard industrial sizes — so the cover survives any supplier, including us.

My name is Vasyl Ilkiv and I own HARTIS Strength. Before this brand existed, our team spent ten years supplying commercial gyms across Europe with used equipment under Pro Gym Equipment — sourcing it, inspecting it, shipping it and standing behind it.
That decade showed us exactly what goes wrong for gym buyers: partial orders, no real warranty and nobody to call when a part fails. HARTIS was built as a new-equipment brand to fix those three things.

Sixty days from confirmed order to the equipment leaving the production line, plus shipping. Everything is built to order, so nothing is ever out of stock, and enquiry to installed floor typically takes 10 to 12 weeks.
There is no minimum in units. A custom frame colour needs six units of that colour; below six, your order runs in a standard finish at the same price.
Most complete fit-outs land between €10,000 and €40,000 delivered DDP; a 300 m² commercial floor typically runs €15,000 to €25,000. Send the room dimensions and you receive an equipment list, a scaled layout and a landed figure within three working days, free of charge.
You call Vasyl Ilkiv, the owner, on the number in the footer. Wear parts dispatch from EU stock within five working days, and bearings, cables and fasteners are standard industrial sizes that a local engineer can source independently.
Yes. On request we film a close-up walk-round of the exact machine you are considering, including welds, bearing housings and finish. A physical swatch set posts free anywhere we deliver, and the full specification pack is supplied before you pay anything.
30% on confirmed order and the balance before dispatch. Prices are in euros on DDP terms, so freight, customs, duty and tail-lift unloading are included and the figure you agree is the figure you pay.
Yes. Lat pulldowns, rows, functional trainers and cable crossovers sit alongside the plate-loaded line, together with bars, bumper plates, dumbbells and plates. We do not build cardio or electronic equipment and do not rebrand third-party products.
The equipment is tested to EN ISO 20957-1 Class S for commercial use. The test report and declaration of conformity are available from any member of our team on request, with no login or sales call required.
In Czechia, Slovakia, Romania, Poland, Hungary and Austria a contracted install partner is scheduled against your delivery date. In Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium and Portugal delivery is DDP as standard and installation is quoted per project with a local crew. Typical on-site assembly takes one to two days.
Yes. Independent gyms and equipment dealers are our two core customer groups. Dealers receive the same specification pack, component-level warranty and EU spare-parts support as direct gym operators.
